Come join us at Hoover Middle School in San Jose, CA for our next monthly jamboree! Monthly jams are held on the first Sunday of each month from 1 PM to 5 PM.

Our regular jams at Hoover Middle School include:
  • Jamming outside from 1 to 5pm, usually in many styles
  • A Beginners' Circle slow jam from 2-3
  • On-stage open mic performances from 1:30-5 (may be interrupted for special events)

Any acoustic performer or group is welcome to sign up to perform for up to 15 minutes on stage during our open mic session. Listeners are always welcome.

Adult admission to the jam is $5 (to help pay the rent); children 16 and under are admitted free. (Special events may have additional charges, and events such as our periodic KidFiddle Youth Fiddle Workshops and Youth Fiddle Contest will generally have a small registration fee.)

During the summer we often hold jams at the nearby Rose Garden Park. No open mic performances, but admission is free.
